Angel Grams:
A Zero-Cost Digital Fundraising Success

Angel Grams is a creative digital fundraising campaign that I conceptualized, designed, and executed from start to finish for a key client. This campaign leverages the power of personalized digital giving with no overhead, allowing donors to send virtual valentines in honor of loved ones while supporting children with special needs.

With a $10 donation per Valentine, recipients received a heartfelt personalized email on February 14th, notifying them that a gift had been made in their name to support Be An Angel’s Hearing Aid Program. This campaign provided an easy, feel-good way for donors to spread love while making a tangible impact.

From Concept to Execution

  • Ideation & Strategy – Created a zero-cost, high-impact digital fundraising concept tailored to Be An Angel’s mission.
  • Branding & Design – Designed the Angel Grams logo, digital valentine, and all marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and a dedicated web page.
  • Messaging Development – Crafted all campaign messaging, ensuring clear, compelling calls to action that drove engagement.
  • Technical Implementation – Managed payment processing setup, backend logistics, and email automation, ensuring a seamless donor experience.
  • Execution & Distribution – Personally handled the final product distribution, delivering personalized Valentine emails to recipients on February 14th.

The Impact & Future Potential

In its first year, Angel Grams raised over $700 with no execution costs, proving its viability as an annual fundraising initiative. By using a fully digital approach, this campaign expanded donor engagement without requiring physical materials, event costs, or operational expenses.

With its scalability and repeatability, Angel Grams has the potential to become a cornerstone Valentine’s fundraiser, increasing revenue and donor participation each year.

This campaign showcases my ability to conceptualize, implement, and manage cost-effective nonprofit fundraising strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
